The Ride Works ® Service Contracts

The Ride Works® Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) covers all Ride Works supplied equipment. The purchased equipment from The Ride Works® is first surveyed by a Ride Works field service engineer. The PMA cost is then based upon the engineer's survey and on the type, location and condition of the product to be coved by the contract.

Once The Ride Works® entertainment product is brought up to the proper operating standards, the PMA contract becomes effective and the customer's entertainment product is then inspected routinely to prevent downtime and assure maximum performance. These inspections are scheduled so as to not interfere with the normal operation of The Ride Works® product.

An optional recommended on-hand spares package is available for purchase with the PMA.
